Sewing Your Hat Box:
Take a close look at the pictures and it will be loud and clear.  Please buy a Gobelin fabric or some sturdy fabric. No stretch or loose fabrics.

Draw the circle larger than your most wide hat. And as high as you need for all your hats.  If you use it for one hat: make it as wide as necessary.

Measure the total circle and make the sideparts with the zipper. he larger the zipper;  the more convient the use of the hat box.

Optional: make it all softer and thicker with fiberfill. Or if you want a stiff box: use Decovile, a thick interfacing which it used my handbag-makers.

Make sure you measure everything close to perfection.
