Very nice jacket which can be modern and very classic as well.
Surprisingly good shape. Beautiful waist, hour-glass shape total. Unlined, therefore easy, fast sewing project Linen: great summer daily jacket ! Great starter for creating the little french Chanel-Style jacket ! |
Model B and C are looking a bit out-dated.
Be carefull with sleeve-lenghts, cut larger than finish the right lengths at last. Be carefull with heavy-weight tweed; it might look a bit bulky. |
Advanced Options:
Adding four pockets with fringes would be great.
Jacquard/Brocade jacket = exclusive evening-wear combination.
Lining is easy to add, just cut all pieces in lining and sew the jacket and lining jacket together. Turn inside out and finish pockets, trims, hooks at last.
Lining process will be detailed soon and add to this page !
