Vogue V8759 Classic men's shirt

A truly classic sewing pattern and a joy to work with! I've created a shirt in a 'country chic' style.

With the accessory of the month: the button sewing foot, I made a men's shirt. In this blog, I will show you step-by-step how to make this shirt.
In the photo at the top right, you can see that I made the shirt in a 'Country-chic style' by using a different dark green fabric for the cuffs and collar. Additionally, I chose rugged buttons and added elbow patches for extra style. And at the request of the person for whom I made this shirt: more oversized.

Vogue sewing patterns aren’t exactly cheap, and that's an understatement. Still, I always find their patterns worth buying because they are often timeless classics. This pattern is a perfect example. You can always make this type of shirt in various styles, and it will never be 'outdated.'
The V8759 isn't too difficult to make. A beginner can easily sew this shirt.
